I think this pic is good. But If I just may say about some things...

Operate with higher contrast. For example in red hairs you may add some darker shadows somewhere, then it may looks more effective. Is good to add wider range of colours. For example where You have green You may put somewhere blue and yellow. That's little advices from me ;)
